What is the official holiday for end-2013? Is it Dec30-Jan1 or Jan1-3 of 2014?

As I know, there will be a little change of the holiday arrangement in 2014, but the official news for that has not been published.2

Now, the arrangement has come out. Jan. 1st, 2014 (only one day ) will be our New Year holiday.0
