About:Who built the Great Wall of China?

When was it built and what was the time period?

I need to know the date the construction started, and the date it finished. *approximately*

Its construction lastes over 2,000 years. And the earliest started from the Warring States Periods (476 BC - 221 BC), followed by the state of Chu, Qi, Yan, Wei, Zhao and Qin. After unifying whole China, Emperor Qin Shi Huang ordered to built the wall. After that, many dynasties also constructed that, including Ming and Han.
