my ordered package - order #: rb654487928cn

Question

I ordered an item from China Top Store Store No.719720 (not too sure with store No., but it says so)  with Order#:RB654487928CN. But when i do the tracking, it tells me the package in in Copenhagen since Oct 12, 2013 and up till now i have not got my package when it is to get to Monrovia, Liberia its final destination. Can anyone please help me do something so that my package can get me in Liberia, let it leave from Copenhagen, that is NOT the final destination. The package is to be delivered in Liberia, West Africa please, NOT in Denmark (Copenhagen).
