We will go Taipei, kaohsiung,Taichung from 17-24 November,is it raining season? Is it cold?

ReplyAlthough it won't be during the raining season, frequently lightly rainy days would happen then! You may have to prepare simple rainy gear.
Generally, the average temp during that time will be 20-22C, so it won't be cold.00Reply
