About:China Postal Service

What happen to my packaging? Anyone there please help me!My tracking no:RB843260265CN.

I still waiting for my packaging from China, now it already passed 1 month already. It stated that my packaging at Beijing, but it already there more than for 1 week. What is happen to my packaging.
