About:China Postal Service

My item RB059559188CN says location Yingkou on 23 sept 2013 does that mean it is still in China pls?

Information says : Status: collection, Location : Yingkou on 23 Sept I still havn't received. Location also given as : 30045001 where is it now please?

I just tracked that on Sep. 29, it was delivered to Beijing. Since then, there is noting new.
