My tracking # RB774854853 it is at NEWYORK

I track my item to New York but it's Final destination is Hawaii !!! It been their since oct 23 & don't know if got lost!!!

Hi, would you mind confirm the tracking number again? I cannot find the related information and I think the tracking number you give is wrong.
Usually, when the parcel is on the way, no information is updated.
