About:China Postal Service

My parcel is stuck at Hangzhou since a very long time. Tracking no is RB735280027CN

I don't know how long more will it take to reach me. I am very worried. Please reply. What should I do ?

Can I have some contact number please.

it is strange that it is still in Hangzhou International on Oct 30.
The service number of the China Post is 11185. If you cannot contact them, it is suggested asking the seller to help you to check it.

I did ask for seller's help but they keep asking me to wait and wait. They say they are helpless. I also tried to contact on the china post service number but they never answer the phone.
What should I do ?
