About:China Postal Service

Can any Help me please? MY PARCELS CP280996738CN and CP281232161CN ARE LOST OR DELAYED

My parcels departure to my country in september 20 and in october 21 and I dont know what happend, because everything parcel they sent me 16 days late on average, but this I dont know where it is.
Please, I need your help.

It is strange. Both of the two parcels are in Shanghai International currently.
You may ask the seller to help you to check at their local post office.
