Two airports are in the city. What you mentioned I guess is Pudong International Airport, which locates in the east part of the city.

Besides,There are also two main railway station (SH Railway Station&Hongqiao Railway Station),you will find it take almost equal time to the Pudong Airport.

Taxi fare may reach over 200RMB during daytime

Shen is right. If u are referring to PVG, the nearest train station should be SH Railway Station. The taxi fare to get there shall be CNY160 or a little more.
