About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

Dutch citizen with residence permit but no nationality/passport, China Tourist Visa (L Visa)

Dear Sir or Madam,

I own a Dutch travel document (Green passport valid till 2018).
I have no official passport/nationality but i do live and study in the Netherlands and own a residence permit.

Is it possible for me to get a 90 day Tourist L in the Hague? I would like to visit china for one month in July/August 2014.

Yes, you can submit your application to CVASC in the Hague with your Dutch travel document.
