About:FAQ on China Postal Service

hi my status of my parcel says dispatching for ages now and I orderd it months ago RB451087660CN

My parcel keeps up dating but with the same status witch is Departure from outward office of exchange it has been over a month now since I ordered this . Is there any problems or is this normal . As normally my post arrives within 10 to 11 days can any one see if there is any change or know why its saying this status

Maybe there are many parcels with the same destination, yours included. In this case, they may be posted overseas together after being checked. Be patient and there will be updating soon. After a week, if there is still nothing new, dial 86-11185 to contact China Post to ask.
