You must refer to Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin at 1 On Ping Street, right? Well, it is suggested to walk from your hotel to RAVANA GARDEN to take bus no. 81C, 87D or 281B to get off at MIDDLE ROAD TSIM SHA TSUI. It costs 7.5HKD per person and takes 50-60min.1

On weekdays, bus no. 81C is in service from 10:12 to 23:20 and on weekends, it is on from 05:30 to 23:20 (from Sha Tin to TST) and for the back journey, it is in service from 06:40 to 00:35, so the last bus will leave for TST around 00:35.
Bus no. 87D, the schedule for the to and from journeys are from 05:30 t0 23:30 and from 06:00 to 00:30.0
