About:China Visa

Do i need to contact anyone to let them know my boss is travelling on the 72 hour visa transit

My boss is travelling to China on Saturday 2nd Nov on the 72 hour free transit. Do i need to contact the airport in China or the Embassy or the ailine in Paris ie Air France, to tell them that he is travelling from France and will get the free permit when he arrives. Should I let them know that he is travelling on his flight but will get thepermit when he arrives in the airport. Will the airport staff in France be aware that my boss can use the 72 hour free transit. I am very worried about this. Thanks

Hi, as I know, your boss needs to do nothing for this free transit. He can apply for the free transit permit after arrival.
