how to buy ticket at Hangzhou

I arrive HZ at afternoon 13/11 and go to Shanghai by train from HZ East station on 15/11. How can I to buy ticket when I arrived HZ?

It is very easy. The tickets can be easily bought at the window of HZ East Railway Station.
You can go to the Ticket Office of the East Railway Station and the staff will help you to buy one.
