Visa Pick Up: Lost Pick Up Ticket

Hello, I am heading to San Francisco tomorrow to pick up passports for the five members of my family. I lost the white pickup ticket - have looked everywhere, and I'm panicked about what will happen when I go tomorrow. Does anyone know if I will be able to pick up my visas? What kind of documentation should I bring along?
