hi can someone plz help me? anyone? My tracking number is RB533797609CN

I've been tracking my package from since Oct 8 tracking number:RB533797609CN but it's says NULL what does that mean and how long would my package be delivered to me.. I was told I will recieve it in 5 to 7 days now it's
Almost 3 weeks now..can someone plz help me.
