can i rent a car and drive myself for Jiuzhaigou?

If you have a Chinese driving license, you can drive. Otherwise, you cannot do that.

yes, you can; with help of one local professionel travel agency, you can have a Chinese driving license, then you can drive to Jiuzhaigou.
