About:Hong Kong International Airport

my flight is on terminal2 of HKIA, could I go to terminal 1 only for shopping?

Are the shops on the arrival and departure terminal on terminal 2 are different or not?

The shops are similar, so I do not think it is necessary to go to the T1 for shopping.
