About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

What kind of visa do I need if I intend to operate a small business in China as a consultant.

I intend to stay longer than one year. I am a citizen of Poland.

I think you can apply for a M type one first. After you establish your company, you can apply for a Z type one for you, which enables you stay longer.
