Would like to know is there any good 4 stars hotel near detian waterfall?

Mingshi Village is about 1 hours 30 mins from detian, and Old Kapok is more than 2 hours. Any suggestion? Then it will be nearer when returning to Nanning after the visit.
I was told not to go to yangmei ancient town due to road construction, my trip is in the middle of december, should I cancel this destination?
