is there a smart card that can be used for all in one : guangzhou, shenzhen, hongkong?

Hi, I will travel to those 3 places coming November 2013. I do some research online and read some old news that now Guangzhou-HK-Shenzhen have came out with a smart card that can be used all over these places. Is it true? If yes, what does the card called and where can I purchase it in GZ? How much does the card cost (any balance of refund)? And also how and where can I return it in Hongkong (in case such card does exist)? Thank you very much

Yes, it is true. As you wanna use the card at the three places, it is best to but Lingnan Tong · Octopus Card, which is a combined card to be used in HK and Guangdong in mainland China. Actually, it has two E-pockets: one for CNY/RMB and the other for HKD.You can get the card at the customer centers in GZ city. I know several locations of it: Exit  H J of GZ East Railway Station Subway Station, Exit J of Gongyuanqian Station Subway Station, Tiyu Xilu and Kecun Metro Stations and No. 466, Remin North Road. There is no refund of the card and you need to out in at least CNY50 and 100HKD to use. After using, no need to return it.
