About:Taiwan Weather

Rainfall in Dec. of Taipei

I will be going there from late December to early January. I will like to hike during this period but is advised by some of my peers not to do so due to the high rainfall during that period. Is it true?

According to the previous weather records, they are right that frequently rainy days (light rain) will happen during that time.
