my tracking no. RB858784431CN last five days it is in INCCUA Their no update, tel me what wt to do

Hi shailesh, did you reciv your materials. I have some problem my tracking no is RB858784431CN. Last five days my pacel is in INCCUA. I am living in pune. Their no update from last 5 days. I requvest to you pls tel me what to do now.
What is custum prosiger shall i pay in their in their office or at the time of delivary.
Pls tel me my firends.

I tracked and it was in this status since Oct. 20:
10/20/2013 5:11:00 PM, INDIA, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Send item to customs (Inb)
As it has arrived at India, you will recive your parcel within around a week.
