is there any direct bus from jianshui to jinghong,maybe kaiyuan to jinghong

I WANT TO AVOID TRAVEL LONG DISTANCE TRAVEL FROM KUNMING TO JINGHONG. I PREFER TO GO TO KAIYUAN(SPENT ANIGHT), THEN TO JIANSHUI(STAY ONE NIGHT) AND TO JINGHONG. FROM JINGHONG I WILL GO SOUTH TO LAOS ,ANY SUGGESTION. THANK YOU

First of all, your plan is doable. There are direct buses from KM city to Kaiyuan and it can be easily taken at local East Bus Station, with the bus fare of CNY77-90. Then from Kaiyuan to Jianshui, there are many buses on schedule for this journey and I remember the bus fare is CNY20 or a little more. Well, from Jianshui county to Jinghong, two long-distance bus are in service per day and it takes 12-13h.
