About:China Business Visa

student looking to intern in China

I am a university student who has recently been invited to do an internship in China. I have heard that under the new laws it is illegal for foreigners to do internships in China, is this true?

No, it is not true. You can apply for M visa for this purpose with an invitation letter from the company.
