For a capricorn , wood tiger girl will I find a new job by this year 2013 or next 2014?

Job market is bad lately and I am not young no more. It competitive cuz they prefer younger workers these day so they could grow with company that's what I notice when finding one. So will I get a full time job by this year? Thanks
