Job market is bad lately and I am not young no more. It competitive cuz they prefer younger workers these day so they could grow with company that's what I notice when finding one. So will I get a full time job by this year? Thanks

It is suggested to improve yourself more in this year and find jobs in 2014, when you will get a good job sooner or later. Come on! You have to believe that you are more experienced and skilful than young people, so you would have more chances.
