About:Visa Policy of China

Visiting my Chinese partner living in China

I have a UK passport and have visited China once before. This visit I would like to stay a year or more as we plan to marry and then actually settle there.
What would you advise is the most suitable visa type for me?

You can apply for a tourist L, then you are able to apply for Q type after you get married.
