For the skin of the moon cake, flour, sugar and oil are the main ingredient. Sometimes, the baking soda is needed.
For the stuffing, it is various. Different flavors have different ingredients. For instance for the red bean paste, it has the red bean, sugar, oil and sugared rose.6
