quarantine for cat in China

We'll get to Paris, and we have to change terminal in Shanghai because we need to take another internal flight to Luxi. But we have our cats with us (as we go on expatriation) and they must be quarantine ... Anyone know if they can do it only once arrived in Luxi, where should we leave from our entrance on Chinese soil, so to Shanghai?

You mean you will take your cat to China soil?
If the cat is your pet, you need declare at the custom in Shanghai airport with related documents. After that you can take your cat into China.
If you just want to take a cat out of China via Shanghai from Luxi, the quarantine documents need to be got in Luxi.

Yes, this is our two pet cats.
Excuse me but I did not quite understand.
We know that pet that goes in China (with the owners) must be placed in quarantine for seven days ... OK
But for us, the problem is that our final destination in China is Luxi, and for this we arrive at the Shanghai Pudong airport, and we must take another flight to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport (50km away!) . We need to get our luggage and our cats ..... Unless we are forced to leave them in quarantine in Shanghai. This would be a big problem, because we should go after our cats recover quarantine in Shanghai while we are at 5hours flying away ... That is why we want to know if they can make their quarantine in Luxi and not in Shanghai.

I hope I have explained the situation better!

Thank you for your reply.
