Can you suggest for me where is the better place (good location, cheap & safe) to stay at Dali.

Some people said The Lily Pad Inn is good.

Yes, the one other people told you is very good for staying. Besides, the Friends Guesthouse Youth Hostel and Color Of The Wind Youth Hostel are nice ones and you may have a try.
