I have bought two pair of shoes about 4 months ago and have not got them yet. Here is the tracking number: RB613695634CN

What should I do?

Hi, it has been such a long time. In case that your package is loast, it is best to go to check it is arrival at your local post office. If not, you may contact China Post by dialiing 86-11185.
