About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Does this flight routing qualify for 72 hour permit

Plan is to fly MCO/NRT on Nov 2 then NRT PEK 7/11 then PEK MCO on 9/11. Qualifies for this 72 hour transit visa? flying Air China NRT PEK then Hainan PEK Toronto, then Air Cananda to MCO. thank you.
