About:China Postal Service

Please help me about a Tracking number as RB709189679CN

I've ordered a tvbox from buysku and they gave me this number : RB709189679CN, it has been almost 2 months and package still in beijing.
Your page gives different information than official tracking page, I understand nothing of that.
I want to know is this real track no or I'm scammed by seller.

It seems you guys some experience about these things, please help.

It seems that it has been finished checking by Beijing customs on oct. 11. After that, your package may have been posted overseas. It should be on the way to you. Be patient!

But there is no sign package has been shipped or so?
It must be like that : "Despatched overseas" or do I know wrong?
