About:FAQ on China Postal Service

How long can a customs check take on a parcel in China? Tracking number: RB613642089CN.

It has been sitting there since October 3rd.

Although the information online still shows "PVG" on Oct. 3, it may have left China by now. Don't worry! It is suggested to wait for another week to check it again.
