we would like to visit Huangshan end of Nov, could some kind souls advise on this timing ? thanks.

It will be cold during that time. Generally speaking, it will snow after the mid-November, so you may meet the snow scenery on the mountain.
The scenery is still beautiful in winter on the moutain, although it may be cold then. The down jacket is necessary.
The sea cloud after the snow is suggested to have a see.0
