I think you may mean the China Textile City in Shaoxing?
If so, where do you start your journey, HZ or Shanghai?
If from Hangzhou, you can go to the HZ Central Bus Station to take direct buses to reach Keqiao and Keqiao is the place where the Textile city located.
If from Shanghai South Bus Station, four direct buses for Keqiao can also be found.

Any suggestion for a good hotel in keiqiao?

It is a little further than 60km between HZ and Shaoxing.

To Keqiao, you can take the direct bus at HZ Central Bus Station. Buses for the journey are in service from 06:35 to 18:30 every 15-30min.

I know the Yuedu Hotel at Keqiao is a good one for your reference. Local bus no. 5 can take you to Shengli Lukou, which is around 50m from this hotel.
