My track number is RB751520415CN, destination country is Ukraine (UA). From 17 October status is Shipping Ended Frankfurt. Can you please explain to me WHAT DOES IT MEAN ? Do I need to open dispute on Aliexpress.

Hi, maybe your package was just transfered in Germany. Just be patient to wait for another 3-5 days and check it again.
