Hi, how do I get from Shangtang Road Hangzhou to Yaohang st in Ningbo

From Shangtang Road, you can take a taxi to reach Hangzhou North Bus Station. At Hangzhou North Bus Station, you can find the direct buses to reach NB South Bus Station. Then you still need to take a taxi to reach the Yaohang Street.
From the NB North Bus Station, there is about 4km to reach Yaohang Street.
