location PEK! status says NULL! tracking number RB243635885CN since October 11th?!????

I know PEK mean Beijing Capital Airport. I ordered halloween costume on September 23rd from China for my daughter. We want to go to this halloween party dress up as a family this Friday (25th of October). Is there hope?
I live in Fort Worth, Texas. Do you think I can get this before Friday?
