About:China Visa on Arrival

Is VOA available for Fijian nationals at Shenzen (Shekou)?

Sorry, I don' think so. Just a few nationals such as British, Irish, Australian and Candian can acquire the VOA in Shenzhen. I am afraid that you can't get it.
