help me please, tracking number:RB046200122CN

Any idea where my parcel is really at?Here is the tracking number:RB046200122CN
It still says "departure from exchange office". Which it has been saying that since October 9th.

The latest information shows that your parcel has arrived at Nigeria on Oct. 18 for delivery to you, but failed. You'd better go to take that on your own at your local post office immediately.
