Going Beijing to Datong by train.

Hi, I'm planning to go Datong from Beijing station On the 11th Nov 2013 Train 2602/2603. Planning to purchase 5 soft sleeper......can I come over to collect the tickets by my own on the 10th at any ticket agent?
My arrival will be on the 9th November? Please advise.
