Your employer should help you extend your foreign expert certificate at local bureau of labor. They know how to do it. Then you bring your passport, resident permit and applcation form for extension with your company's stamp to do extension at local PSB. It might be difficult for you to do it since the staff at the PSB might not speak English. I think you can ask your company to assit you to apply for it.

My employer is ready to do comply the necessity formalities & apply for it.
But, I fear that the Staff at PSB seems to Informed of the recent Mandate only ,that terminal Age for Male is 65 Yrs Max and stick to that only.

How to convince the PSB staff.,is a big worry.
Any advice from your side is highly appreciated .,as to how to handle them?

If the officer does not accept your extension application, then you have to give it up, or try to apply for a business M type instead. As I know, work permit will not be issued to people who age 65 year old or above, as well as the working Z.
