About:Sun Island Scenic Area

In November, can i see any ICE artwork at Harbin, for example Ice Sculpture Garden is indoors, but November?

I'm afraid you cannot see ice sculptures in Nov. It is too early and they are usually started to be prepared early to mid. Dec.
