About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit between terminals

We are Ukrainian citizens. We have confirmed ticket from Bangkok to Shanghai by China Eastern airlines, and after 3 hours flight to Moscow by Aeroflot Russian airlines. The problem is, we don`t have Chinese visa, but first flight arrives to T1, next flight is from T2. That`s mean, we need to pass immigration control in T1. Is it possible to change terminals like transit passengers (by 24H free or 72H free transit for 45 countries?
