How is the weather in Taipei, Taichung & Alishan during 26-Oct to 2-Nov? Will there be any typhoon?

It will be a little cool in Taipei, with the average temp of 20C and Taichung and Mt. Ali shall be a little warm, with the average temp of around 23. And you may meet rainy days at TP city or Mt. Ali.
No typhoon will take place during that time according to the latest weather forecast.0
