About:FAQ on China Postal Service

tracking confusion. RB675440648CN and RB588107630CN.

One site says my package left Shanghai, another site says it's waiting on air line space, another site says left outward office of exchange. What is really going on with my package? I opened a dispute with the seller because they won't tell me anything. Please help me figure out the truth about its lOcation?

Found package RB675440648CN. It's in New York. Still trying to trackRB588107630CN

I can just track it was in Guangzhou on Oct. 11. If your two packages were posted at the same time, this one may have been in the US as well.
