duration of stay

Hi... I came to china on Multiple entry business visa , duration of stay is 90 days. i entered china on 16th September so when will my stay expire on 14th December or 15th December ? they count days from 16th or 17th september

They count days from 17th September, so you should leave before 24:00 on the 15th December.
