About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Can we get the visa, without personally been present?

Dear Sir/madam,
Im going china for studies. I have just received my JW form. If i sent all my documents through a relative & not personally be present there would i get it? Or do i have to be present in person?

It is ok, personal present is only required when the consular officers deem it necessary.
